Refund policy

Because we work with a network of specialized partners, return policies will vary by product based on manufacturers policy.

Generally, we accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us directly at ColumbudsGardensLLC@gmail.com. 

Once you initiate a return with us, we will coordinate with our supplier to provide you with the correct return instructions and shipping address. Please do not ship items back to the manufacturer without first contacting us, as we need to track your return to ensure you receive your refund or replacement. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 1-7 business days of receipt. We will work directly with our partners to arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, manufacturers guidelines permitting.
